Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your rice cooker, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition as when you received it — unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included (measuring cups, rice spatula, holder, manual, etc.)
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

  3. We will review your request within 1–3 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / damaged / wrong item: We cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind / personal reasons: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
  • The rice cooker does not power on or function properly
  • The item has visible damage
  • Accessories are missing
  • You received the wrong model
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
  • Used, opened, or items missing original accessories
  • Products damaged due to user error (dry burning, water damage, misuse)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
